Spent Easter weekend here and had a pretty good stay. The breakfast spread was a nice touch, and we appreciated the variety of options to choose from. Also loved how close the hotel was to the downtown area. We were able to explore the city and find some great spots to eat within walking distance. Another plus was the free parking. a great value for the price.
The room was a bit dated and could have used some updating. Also, the walls were pretty thin and we could hear our neighbors pretty clearly. Would have appreciated more soundproofing. Finally, the front desk staff weren't as friendly as we would have liked. They could have been a bit more welcoming and accommodating. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back.

The complimentary breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed the waffles and toast, and the three types of juice. The location was also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, it was easy to get to downtown and other attractions. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable.
The hotel decor felt outdated and in need of some maintenance. The bathroom needed some attention, including a new door or at the very least a fresh coat of paint. Unfortunately, the windows could not be opened, and the room had a musty smell that we couldn't get rid of. The shower water temperature was also a problem, as we couldn't regulate it and it would randomly go from too hot to scalding.

Our Easter vacation was made better thanks to the helpful and caring staff. The complementary breakfast offered was a great way to start our day, and we appreciated the free parking which was easily accessible from our room. The location was also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The room itself left something to be desired. The outdated decor and musty smell were a bit of a turnoff, and the mold/mildew in the air conditioning unit was concerning. The mattresses were also uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. While the staff were lovely and accommodating, the room could definitely use some updates.

This hotel is located close to major stores and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the breakfast was delicious. The picturesque view from the hotel was breathtaking, and the outdoor pool was a great facility to unwind after a long day. As someone who enjoys nature, I loved the scenic hiking trails nearby.
The room lacked enough storage space.

The front desk clerk was very delightful.
They turned the heat off when they cleaned and the room was freezing after working a 15 hour day.

The helpful and friendly manager and breakfast that was included in the price. The beds were more comfortable than we expected and the grounds were very well-kept.
The toilet seat was not seated well, so every time we sat down, the toilet rocked. Otherwise, the bathroom was clean.

Receptionist was very pleasant, the rooms were a bit older but bed and bathroom were very clean. The Internet worked very well and both bed and bathroom windows opened for a good nights rest with fresh air. The morning breakfast was also basic, but very good. I would def stay there again. Thank you.
Nothing I didn't like, but maybe brightening up the room with new carpeting would be positive.
